Returns & Refunds
Puraora offers products from various brands and shipping partners. Therefore, return addresses and procedures may vary depending on the product.
Returns
In Switzerland, there is generally no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, retailers may voluntarily offer a return policy. SECO
PURAORA accepts returns under the following conditions:
- The return was requested in advance through customer service.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return is made within the return period specified for the respective item.
- Products may not be returned to any address without prior confirmation, as different return addresses may apply depending on the brand.
For hygiene and health reasons, opened or already used cosmetic products, dietary supplements, and other sealed products cannot generally be returned unless there is a defect.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If an item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly, please contact PURAORA as soon as possible via the contact page and, if possible, include photos of the item and the packaging, as well as your order number.
For defective goods, the statutory warranty regulations and the terms of the respective order apply. Under Swiss law, the selling party is generally liable for guaranteed characteristics and material defects of the purchased item. Fedlex
Refund
You will be informed about the refund after receipt and inspection of an approved return. Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, the return shipping costs may be borne by the customer. The exact terms will be communicated before the return.
Always register the return first
