Description

100% natural green montmorillonite clay from Sardinia. For external use and also for internal consumption.
Ingredients & Application

Properties & Use

Green montmorillonite clay with a high content of trace elements and mineral salts. It has a natural pH of 8.8, a strong negative ion charge, and a montmorillonite content of over 97%.

External Use

Areas of application:
• Compresses, face masks, and baths.
• Oily or combination skin and scalp.
• Regulation of excess sebum.
• Applications for skin blemishes, couperose, and signs of skin aging.
• Poultices for skin or tissue complaints.

Internal Use

For digestive complaints, use for 3 weeks, followed by a 1-week break; this cycle should be repeated over 3 months.

Preparation:
Add 1 teaspoon of clay with a non-metallic spoon to a large glass of still water. If possible, leave to stand for at least 2 hours or overnight. In the morning, on an empty stomach, drink only the clay water without the sediment first, and wait about 1 hour until the next meal. After one week, the sediment can also be drunk.

When used internally, ensure adequate fluid intake.
