Benefits & Use

Pure Himalayan salt, valued as a source of 84 elements and as a mineral-rich bath additive. The salt is over 250 million years old. Key benefits: relaxing and soothing applications, electrolyte and mineral supply to the skin, and recovery after exertion.

Use for adults

Add 1–2 handfuls to a warm bath at 37–39 °C and soak for at least 20 minutes. Use once or twice a week is recommended. Afterwards, drink plenty of fluids and apply cream to the still damp skin.
